Shipping Policy

1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

All items and products are available for pick up at our facility in Hatboro, PA or via shipment which is calculated at check out. Pricing for delivery is based on various items including size, weight, and special handling, etc.

2. ORDER STATUS & TRACKING

We do not keep finished prodcuts ‘on the shelf’ and all orders are made to order to ensure quality control.  All orders placed from Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) will be processed within 5-7 business days and then shipped via your method from checkout.   Please allow an additional 2 days for frame orders to be processed.  Specialty items or custom orders will be subject to special order conditions.

International Deliveries

For all international deliveries, the time taken is dependent on our logistics partners and their affiliates.

3. TAXES, DUTIES & TARIFFS

For all international orders, you will need to pay for all import taxes, duties and tariffs (if any) as per your country’s governing laws in order to clear customs.

4. MODE OF PAYMENTS

We accept payment from most  major credit cards.

5. RETURNS

All products are made to order and are non-refundable. Returns are only acceptable under the condition that the product left our facility damaged. Any damage occurring during transit should be handled through the carrier.
